About the event
Drawing inspiration from the iconic "Blue Note" jazz sound of the 1960s, as well as the vibrant rhythms of Tito Puente and Mongo Santamaria, the Elliott Caine Quartet delivers a dynamic blend of musical styles. Their performances feature original pieces by Elliott Caine, along with classic tracks from jazz legends like Lee Morgan, Hank Mobley, and Donald Byrd.
The skilled members of this quartet include Elliott Caine on trumpet, Sergei Kasimoff on piano, Blake White on bass, and Don Littleton on drums.
Attendees will enjoy brand-new, previously unreleased tracks from Caine’s first studio album in fifteen years, alongside cherished jazz standards inspired by his mentors. Since the release of "Hippie Chicks on Acid" (a live concert recording) in 2011, which garnered both national and international praise, Elliott has not released a new (live or studio) album.
